3. Refund Processing:

  • Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including prints and greeting cards made from the original artwork.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

7. Cancellation Policy:
